Following the extraordinary success of the Samsung Galaxy S3, there are strong rumours regarding the potential release of Galaxy S4. It is also expected that this model would be announced within the first quarter of 2013. Considering that the launch of Galaxy S4 is highly likely, the features rumoured in this model are as follows.
The Galaxy S4 by Samsung is expected to have a 5-inch display screen with full HD resolution. The S4 won't be the first to feature a display with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution. However, it is highly essential for the next big thing from Samsung's lineup. Anything less than 2 GB RAM is not going to meet the expectations of die hard Galaxy fans and hence it will be featured in it.
There is a lot of confusion in the OS front with many people expecting Android's rumoured version 5.0 Key Lime Pie in Galaxy S4. However, it is quite certain that S4 won't feature anything short of Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
Like all the upcoming top end smartphones, the Samsung Galaxy S4 is likely to have a 13 MP primary camera with HD video recording capability. There will be loads of additional features to improve the quality of camera output. The internal memory of the Galaxy S4 is expected to be 16 GB with an option to expand further up to 64 GB.
